Designed to help educators manage stress, prevent burnout, and maintain a positive classroom environment. Through mindfulness practices such as chair yoga, breathing exercises, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, and affirmations, participants will gain strategies to regulate their own energy and enhance student focus. Educators will leave with practical tools, including "Meditation in Progress" door sign, a Mindfulness Quick Guide, a Personalized Mantra Card, and a Mini Sound Bowl Practice Plan- a simple guide on how to use sound cues, all designed to help sustain their spark and support classroom management throughout the year.
